Nicole is an innovative servant leader, healthcare expert, and entrepreneur with 18 years of executive experience, who understands the intentionality required to build a successful career while putting family first. As a wife to John and mother to three energetic boys—Jack, Luke, and Beau—Nicole knows firsthand the joys and challenges of raising a family while leading high-performing teams. Her commitment to being present for her family, alongside her passion for building impactful organizations, reflects her dedication to living with purpose in both her personal and professional life. With a focus on empathy and gratitude, Nicole's superpower lies in building resilient and empowering company cultures that drive growth and execution. Her extensive experience includes leadership roles across private equity-backed startups and Fortune 5 companies, where she consistently creates environments that inspire trust, collaboration, and high performance.

Nicole had the vision for her last company to make a difference in one person's life by providing access to high-quality, affordable surgical care. Starting with a business plan at her dining room table, she scaled the company to over 150 teammates, a national portfolio of over 600 clients, and services reaching 6 million people. Passionate about making a meaningful impact, she is deeply committed to helping leaders thrive, navigating the dual demands of work and home life with vulnerability and self-awareness. Stephanie Lammers, a founder, author, speaker, and seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in the medical field, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work. Her latest book, "Discovering Joy in Your Lane," reflects her dedication to helping others find fulfillment and purpose. Stephanie’s passion lies in empowering and encouraging leaders and families to live out their unique legacy lanes.

With a global reach, Stephanie coaches women in leadership, offering a unique ability to simplify complex concepts and provide actionable insights for personal and professional growth. Her coaching and events focus on women in leadership, parenting, and marriage, equipping them with the tools they need to excel holistically.

Stephanie has been married to her husband, Bill, for 27 years, and they have four children. Their commitment to supporting leaders is reflected in their work, which encourages individuals to reach their full potential while remaining humble, eager to learn, and continually growing.
